We've Moved!

We have had a busy month packing up our house and moving into a new house. We moved about 5 minutes away to a community called Waterford Chase. It neighbors Avalon Park and we love it so far. We now have a 4 bedroom + a loft, 2 bath and a huge screened in patio in the backyard. We are loving the extra space and the kids love to explore all the new space! Here are some pictures of our house. I will send out our new address as I don't feel comfortable publishing it on the blog. On the Move!

Yes, you read the title correctly! Isaac is now on the move. Well, on his bottom. It is so cute. He will go all over the house while butt scooting. He loves getting into his sisters toys and making her mad. Now I officially have my hands full too.

Fun with the Cousins

We have been having a blast in Colorado. It finally snowed yesterday at my parents house. The mountains have always had snow but not at my parents house at the base of the mountain. My sister and her family have already gone home and we sure do miss having them around the house. Ava loved playing with her cousins and is sad to not have them around to play with anymore. We don't leave until Monday and are enjoying the colder weather and views of the mountains.

Colorado

We made it safely to Colorado on Thursday evening. We had a great flight and the kids were great for me. Curt had to stay back at home until this Wednesday so I had to do it all on my own. I was impressed as both kids didn't fuss at all on the entire 4 hour flight! :) My sister and her family got in on Friday night and we have been having a blast every day! Emily is now 4 and Alex is only 6 weeks younger than Ava. They all get along great and have so much fun together. We have spent the last few days finishing our shopping, building a gingerbread house, playing with ornaments, going on a horse drawn carriage ride and just playing around the house. There is no snow on the ground and today it was a high of 57 but felt like almost 70. It is beautiful weather! We plan to make a trip up the mountain tomorrow to Estes Park (where my 2 aunts live) and I'm sure we will see snow then. Ava is so excited to play in it! I will try to post pictures every few days as the kids are doing things throughout our trip.

Such a Big Boy

We took this on Sunday. He is growing up so fast. He now prefers to sit instead of lay on his belly or back. He loves to talk and says "mama" but I'm sure it actually just the 'mmmm' sound but it comes out like mama. :) He also have a total of 4 teeth now!!! The 4th one just broke through over the weekend. Ava, Isaac and I are all sick. We have been sick for almost the past 3 weeks with something and just keep passing it around to each other. Unfortunately, there is nothing the doctors can do for us so we just have to wait it out. The kids are being great for being sick though. The nice thing is that they are taking very good naps. :)

We had a great time yesteday for Halloween. We went to our church for their Fall Festival. They had trunk or treat and our small group decorated a luau trunk. It was a lot of fun. I have a lot more pictures and will post those later today when the kids take a nap.
