Water Fun!

Since we bought Ava her splash table for her birthday, we spend a lot of time outside playing. Ava loves to splash in the water, run through the sprinker, throw water at Shadow and play outside. It is great for us too as it will usually make her really tired for naptime. Here are some pictures that we took over the weekend. Sorry, but we are really bad at taking pictures of Isaac. He's not very active so the pictures are usually of him in his swing sleeping. He's doing very good. Getting bigger and bigger every day. He still grunts and groans all the time (usually he's still happy while doing this though) and we are trying several things to help relieve some of that. So far, some things are working but not completely.

Our Little Girl is 2!!!

Tomorrow, Friday, May 14th, Ava will be 2 Years Old. We can't believe she is already 2 and is amazed at how much she has grown, changed and matured this past year. She is such a blessing to us and we love her so much. We celebrated on Monday with some of her friends at a local splash park. We will return to this splash park tomorrow to meet some other friends and then maybe go out for some pizza for dinner. While Papa and Nana were here, they gave her their gifts. Nana made her a pillow case that has her name on it. She thinks it is so cool and sleeps with it every night in her big girl (full size) bed. They also bought her a flower sprinkler and we got to try it out while they were here. This will be used all the time this summer! :) Thank you Papa and Nana. I'll update more later this weekend with more birthday pictures.

Sweet Siblings

Here are some cute pictures that I found of Ava and Isaac together. Ava is sweet with him for the most part. She is always such a big helper by bringing him a blanket, his pacifier, burp rags and anything else that we may need. She's such a good big sister.

1 Month Old

Isaac is already 1 month old. We can't believe how fast the past month as gone. He had his 1 month appointment today and weighed 9 lbs. 0 oz. and was 22 1/4 inches long. He's getting so big! Here are some pictures from the past weekend when my sister was here. Sorry about not posting pictures as often as I did with Ava. I'm trying to find the time! :)

Ava in her princess dress. She wore this for church on Sunday for Isaac's dedication. Pictures to come soon. We had problems with our camera batteries and didn't get any. Our friend took some with his camera so we are hoping some of those turned out.
