Merry Christmas from the Cattanach's

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!
We hope you had a very good day and got a chance to relax as much as we did. We ended up staying here in Orlando this year by ourselves. It was sad not seeing family but it was so nice to just relax at home and not have a lot to do. Overall it was a great day! We opening presents, ate cinnamon rolls, took a walk in the 75 degree weather (sorry for all those with snow...I couldn't resist), ate Christmas dinner and played a ton of Wii. We bought ourselves a Wii for Christmas and it has been so much fun. I think we are already addicted. I hope you enjoy the pictures. They are a little mixed up but I am tired and off to watch a movie. Merry Christmas!
Ava and I snuggling in the morning when she woke up. This is before she saw what Santa brought her. As she walks into the living room and sees the kitchen, she wasn't quite sure if it was okay to go play with it and looked back at me several times for reassurance. (And don't worry, it may look like Shadow is about to attack Ava but she is just yawning! :)Look at my kitchen everyone!!!!
Investigating all the doors and looking to see what was inside....lots of food and utensils.
Just a picture of Shadow. She had to make the blog since it was Christmas. :) She even got some ham today!

Daddy and Ava looking at the Mickey Mouse movie from cousins Emily and Alex. Anything Mickey Mouse was definitely the hit present this year!

Puzzles from Aunt Mel. She loves them!

More kitchen pictures...On her tip toes .

Putting a pretend hot dog in the microwave. Guess she helps mommy out when I warm up her hot dogs.

This is one of the many many videos that we took of her playing with her kitchen. She knew exactly what to do with it and didn't stop playing with it all day. She was exhausted by the end of the day.

Ava opening up the Micky Mouse DVD from her cousins. This was the best video we got of her and it shows just how excited she was to get it. Unfortunately, we were not aware that it was Mickey Mouse and opened that first. She didn't want much to do with the other presents for awhile so we had to take a break until she got distracted by something else. But, we did watch the movie this morning already. Thank you Nelson, Jenn, Emily and Alex...she loves it!!!
