On Sunday, Ava and I had a fun afternoon. After church, Daddy had to study for one of his final exams coming up in the next week. So, Ava and I went outside in the yard and played for awhile. I set up a blanket with a bunch of toys and books on it. But of course, she didn't want anything to do with the blanket or anything on it. She wanted to crawl around on the grass and pick at it. So, that is what she did! :) Here are a few pictures of her from our fun afternoon. There is also a video of her crawling on the grass. And no, she's not crawling like this because she's on the grass. She now crawls like this all of the time. Sometimes with just 1 leg up and the other knee down but rarely with both knees down. She's pretty funny!
To end our day, we headed over to Ava's best friend Bre's house. I sewed Bre a little taggie blanket and wanted to take it over to her. This is Ava sitting in Bre's new chair that she got for Easter. Ava absolutely loved it! She would not let Bre sit in it and kept crawling in and out of it.
Guess what she's getting for her birthday!!!!!!!
